There are many that claim to be channels for Beings from the Light World.
Some are genuine but many are not. The most reliable channeled metaphysical guidance is unfiltered and unpolluted by ego.
Discernment is required to tell the difference between the genuine and the less so. Ask your body and listen closely to your heart to see if the information you are getting is ego free.
