Death and Dying

What dies is the body. The Spirit self goes on, often to come back into a new body at a later time.

The person self of that lifetime also goes on to several possible destinations including the Light and Grey worlds. To paraphrase Eckhart Tolle; the opposite of death is birth.

Life goes on.
